🔧 What You'll Do:

• Partner with business and operational teams to identify challenges and implement technology-driven solutions that improve performance
• Gather and document business requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend process and system improvement
• Support ERP and business application initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment, and user adoption
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support operational and business decision-making
• Create and maintain process documentation, testing plans, workflows, and system specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams to successfully deliver business solutions while serving as a key liaison between business and IT

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• 3\+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or integrated manufacturing systems within a manufacturing environment
• 3\+ years of experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support business decision-making
• 3\+ years of experience leading projects, gathering requirements, coordinating testing activities, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can improve operational performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Ability to work onsite in Warren County - Local candidates only

• Experience supporting ERP platforms within a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
• Knowledge of supply chain, operations, production, or manufacturing processes
