Job Description
About Fridays
Fridays is a high-growth telehealth platform dedicated to providing clinician-guided care across weight loss (GLP-1s), longevity, microdosing, and TRT. We are currently scaling our internal capabilities to better support our mission of delivering personalized, data-driven customer journeys that drive long-term wellness.
The Role
Fridays is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented
Senior Manager, CRM
to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in evolving our customer lifecycle from an agency-managed model to a fully in-house powerhouse. Reporting to the Director of CRM, you will own the end-to-end execution of our email, SMS, and push notification strategies.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build. You will not only manage high-impact campaigns but also help architect the plan to offboard our existing CRM agency. As the department expands, you will have the opportunity to hire and lead direct report(s), as well as help build out a creative process while we work to bring our resources internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Strategy:
Develop and execute automated "flows" and broadcast campaigns across all business units (Weight Loss, Longevity, Microdosing, TRT) to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of CRM specialists and/or external agencies, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Broadcast Management:
Oversee the CRM calendar, ensuring timely and flawless execution of recurring broadcasts and seasonal promotions.
- Technical Ownership:
Manage the CRM tech stack (currently leveraging Customer.io) and collaborate with dev partners to integrate new events, customer tagging, and trigger-based notifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Developers (Wired, LightIt), Data (DataVinci), and Creative teams to ensure CRM efforts are data-informed and brand-aligned.
- Analytics \& Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance (open/click revenue) and conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize conversions and LTV.
- Omnichannel Execution:
Lead the expansion into emerging channels (SMS, Push) to create a seamless, cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Testing \& Optimization:
Establish a robust A/B testing framework to optimize creative assets, send frequency, and landing pages.
- Reporting \& Insights:
Track and report on key performance indicators (Open Rates, CTR, Conversion, Churn, and LTV) to inform executive-level decision-making.
What You Bring
- Experience:
5\+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced D2C or subscription-based environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
Deep experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Iterable) and a strong understanding of data architecture and event-based triggers.
- Leadership Potential:
Experience managing external agencies or internal teams, with a clear desire to mentor and grow direct reports.
- Strategic Mindset:
Proven ability to build "Pre-Churn" and "Winback" programs that materially impact business health.
- Analytical Skills:
Comfortable navigating Looker dashboards and using data to tell a story and drive strategy.
Why Join Us?
- Direct Impact:
You are joining at a pivotal "transformation" moment for the brand.
- Growth Path:
Clear opportunity to move into a leadership role as we build the internal team from the ground up.
- Innovative Culture:
We value "Forward Thinking" and empower our team to identify and plug lifecycle gaps to drive ROI.
