US Growth Marketing Manager \| Fintech \| California
TechNET has partnered with a high-growth fintech scale-up that is building a borderless financial operating system for globally mobile users. Backed by tier-one venture capital, the business is entering a key phase of expansion in the United States.
They are now looking to hire a US Growth Marketing Manager to lead market development and drive user acquisition within Indian diaspora communities.
This is a ground-up role focused on building distribution through partnerships, community engagement, and targeted growth channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead US market expansion, identifying and scaling effective acquisition channels
- Build partnerships with diaspora communities, student groups, associations, and local businesses
- Develop and execute localised growth strategies based on user behaviour and trust dynamics
- Drive acquisition across partnerships, referrals, and digital channels
- Gather user insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with global growth, product, and operations teams
Requirements:
- 5–8 years’ experience in growth, partnerships, or market expansion
- Background in fintech, payments, or cross-border financial products
- Strong understanding of diaspora-led or community-driven growth
- Proven ability to build partnerships and distribution channels from scratch
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
