Logistics Manager

We are a growing, data-driven organization operating across a complex network of vendors and internal functions. As the business continues to scale, there is a strong focus on building visibility into operational performance, improving cost control, and strengthening reporting infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and analytics, with a focus on understanding cost drivers, improving efficiency, and supporting better decision-making across the organization.

Logistics Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain models to analyze end-to-end operational costs
• Analyze data across multiple workflows to identify trends, inefficiencies, and key cost drivers
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI to support leadership visibility
• Investigate variances and provide clear, data-backed explanations
• Support budgeting and forecasting through detailed cost analysis
• Assist in scenario modeling to evaluate cost optimization opportunities
• Maintain and validate cost data within internal systems
• Track and update key cost inputs, including vendor-related data
• Partner cross-functionally to align reporting with business objectives
• Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, data visibility, and process efficiency

Logistics Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5\+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or cost analytics
• Strong analytical skill set with the ability to work through large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Power BI experience REQUIRED
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
