HR Generalist

Full Time \| In-Office \| Orlando FL

Insure Technology is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify an adaptable, people-focused HR Generalist who can bring structure, execution, and thoughtful partnership to a fast-moving HR environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the steady hand behind the employee experience. The right person is personable and approachable, but also highly detail-oriented, proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of handling sensitive situations with sound judgment and professionalism.

You’ll work closely with an accomplished HR leader who values accountability, responsiveness, strong communication, and a high standard of execution. This is an opportunity to step into a visible HR role where your ability to build trust, create structure, and anticipate needs will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full onboarding experience from offer acceptance through first-day readiness in Paylocity
  • Help build and improve new hire orientation programs and onboarding processes
  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to ensure a positive and organized employee experience
  • Support employee relations matters by helping assess concerns, navigate sensitive situations, and maintain strong employee engagement
  • Assist with workplace investigations through information gathering, documentation, summaries, and support of recommended next steps
  • Help build and support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and employee growth efforts
  • Create structure, improve processes, and help remove administrative burden from HR leadership
  • Serve as a trusted and adaptable HR partner across the organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting employees and leaders within a healthcare or patient-focused environment
  • Experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator capacity
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to balance administrative execution with critical thinking
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential situations
  • Personable, with strong interpersonal skills - able to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Someone who can “read the room,” build trust quickly, and operate with professionalism
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
