Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at InfiJobs LLC, you will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis within an IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Create and maintain clear documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
  • Support Agile/Scrum teams by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using BI tools
  • Use SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and analyse data to support business decisions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work with QA teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
  • Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualisation)
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
  • Knowledge of IT consulting or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Any relevant certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum certifications)
