  • AI Strategy \& Leadership: AI/GenAI strategy, AI transformation, operating model design, enterprise AI adoption, executive advisory (CIO/CTO/CDO), AI CoE setup, AI team building \& scaling.
  • AI/ML \& GenAI Technologies: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini), prompt engineering, agentic architectures, production-grade AI solutions.
  • Cloud AI Platforms: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, multi-cloud AI architecture.
  • MLOps \& Engineering: CI/CD pipelines, model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, retraining, AI security.
  • Data Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, data lakes, cloud-native data architecture.
  • Utilities Domain: Electric, gas, water utilities, grid operations, asset management, customer operations, energy transition.
  • Utility Systems: SCADA, AMI, OMS, GIS, DERMS, EAM systems.
  • Governance \& Compliance: Responsible AI, AI governance frameworks, regulatory compliance (NERC CIP), risk management.
  • Consulting \& Delivery: Pre-sales, RFPs, solutioning, large-scale program delivery, stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Experience: Head of AI / Chief AI Officer / AI Practice Leader / AI startup founder, AI CoE leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead AI \& GenAI strategy for utilities clients (electric, gas, water)
  • Advise CIO, CTO, CDO, and business leaders on AI-driven transformation
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions (concept to production)
  • Lead large-scale AI programs across grid, asset, and customer operations
  • Establish AI governance, Responsible AI, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Build and scale AI teams, CoEs, and reusable accelerators
  • Support pre-sales, RFPs, and executive-level solutioning
