Change Management Consultant
Location:
Northern Suburb of Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

We are partnering with a respected enterprise organization seeking a
Change Management Consultant
to support strategic transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology. This consultant will play a key role in driving employee adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of change initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change practitioner who can operate strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute communications, training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to support organizational change initiatives from planning through implementation
- Assess change impacts across employees, workflows, systems, and business processes
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and timelines to support successful adoption
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and build engagement strategies to foster alignment and buy-in
- Create and execute communication plans, including messaging, presentations, FAQs, and employee-facing materials
- Support training readiness by coordinating learning plans, workshops, and enablement activities
- Identify risks, resistance points, and adoption barriers, and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate change-related meetings, focus groups, and stakeholder discussions
- Monitor adoption progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies based on business needs
- Prepare status reporting, documentation, and leadership updates related to change activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5\+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or transformation consulting
- Experience supporting enterprise change initiatives involving systems, processes, or operating model changes
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks
- Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness planning
- Strong communication skills with experience developing executive, manager, and employee communications
- Experience supporting training and adoption programs
- Ability to influence stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Workfront, or similar tools preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments
- Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on organizational change, restructures, or process transformations
- Experience building adoption metrics, readiness dashboards, or reporting tools is a plus
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in a northern suburb of Minneapolis, 2 days remote
