Speech Language Pathologist, $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.

_Position Overview:_ Provide direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment plans, and family communication. Contribute to team development, document services accurately, and ensure safe, evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans with physician approval
• Deliver patient treatments aligned with current clinical standards
• Document progress, manage billing data, and handle Medicare reviews
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and discharge planners
• Educate staff and participate in professional development
• Promote a positive facility culture and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• 2-3 years rehab experience preferred
• CCC-SLP certification, California license, and CPR required
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate effectively
• Physical ability to perform patient treatments and support activities

_Compensation \& Benefits:_ $65-$75/hr, with 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits.
