About the Opportunity

A well-established glazing contractor is looking to add an Operations Manager to bridge the gap between site and office operations. This role supports both field execution and project administration across a busy portfolio of glazing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field operations across multiple active jobs
• Coordinate between site teams and office staff
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and material tracking
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support project tracking and communication

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, ideally within glass \& glazing or façade systems
• A field-heavy background with strong office/administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with the Northeast construction market preferred
