Ongoing contract of employment.

  • PW8 $111,237 - $121,174 per annum pro rata \+ 12% super \+ leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
  • Chadstone Campus - onsite parking with close proximity to public transport.

Through marketing, communications, digital, events and design, the Brand, Marketing and Communications team delivers innovative campaigns and experiences that inspire future students, engage our community and support Holmesglen's continued success.

As the Digital Experience Manager, you will lead the development and optimisation of Holmesglen’s digital experience across its website and digital channels. Working with stakeholders across the Institute, you will deliver customer-focused digital solutions, enhance user journeys and support the continued growth of Holmesglen’s digital capability.

As the Digital Experience Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Digital Experience team to deliver high-quality digital initiatives and outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across the Institute to deliver integrated digital projects and strategic solutions.
  • Establish and maintain digital governance, accessibility and best practice standards.
  • Use insights, analytics and emerging technologies to improve digital performance and customer experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement across digital platforms to support engagement and organisational goals.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading digital strategy, website optimisation and customer-focused digital initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content management systems, user experience, search engine optimization, accessibility, analytics and digital best practice.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience delivering digital projects and driving continuous improvement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital experience, marketing, communications, information technology, business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.

WWCC and Police Check:

Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Victorian ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
