Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering \& Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand loan origination processes.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for LOS enhancements or implementations.
- Process Mapping \& Gap Analysis
- Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- System Configuration \& Documentation
- Assist in configuring LOS modules (e.g., application intake, underwriting, disbursement).
- Prepare detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, vendors, and QA teams.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.
Technical \& Functional Oversight
- UAT Planning \& Execution
- Define test scenarios and cases based on business requirements.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
- Change Management
- Support change requests, impact analysis, and version control of LOS features.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new functionalities with minimal disruption.
- Compliance \& Risk Alignment
- Ensure LOS features comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RBI, AML/KYC).
- Work with audit and compliance teams to address control gaps.
- Reporting \& MIS
- Define reporting requirements for loan tracking, performance, and audit trails.
- Support data extraction and dashboard creation for business insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Market \& Regulatory Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in loan origination.
- Training \& Support
- Provide training to end-users and support teams on new LOS features.
- Create user manuals and SOPs.
