is looking for a
Senior Channel Partner Manager
in Paris to drive our next phase of growth.
In this highly entrepreneurial role, you will lead the strategic design, recruitment, and scaling of our partner network across France. You won't just manage relationships—you will build a thriving partner ecosystem from the ground up, empowering top-tier partners and creating sustainable, win-win commercial mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment \& Strategy
- Identify and recruit
high-growth, high-value partner clusters (VARs, MSPs, Systems Integrators) across the region.
- Co-develop joint Business Plans (BPs)
and long-term expansion strategies aligned with Alibaba Cloud’s market positioning.
Growth, Enablement \& Operations
- Nurture localized channels
to maximize regional coverage and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Provide structured empowerment
(commercial policies, technical solutions training, and cloud certifications) to upscale partner sales capabilities.
- Manage opportunities and lead allocation
, ensuring transparent pipeline tracking and resource deployment.
- Optimize incentive policies
and reward mechanisms to drive partner motivation and protect mutual interests.
Risk \& Governance
- Maintain ecosystem quality, compliance, and credit management to ensure secure and sustainable business growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Cloud Ecosystem Expertise:
Extensive experience (ideally 8–10\+ years) in channel distribution, partner development, or alliance management specifically within the
cloud computing / IaaS / PaaS
industry.
- Ecosystem Builder:
Proven track record of expanding top-tier channel partnerships, with experience building or scaling channel frameworks
from scratch
.
- Business Architecture Fluency:
Strong familiarity with mainstream cloud architecture designs, enabling you to hold high-level technical and business discussions with partners and clients.
- Strategic Vision:
Ability to analyze industry value chains, optimize partner portfolios, and anticipate market trends.
- Commercial Innovation:
Deep understanding of commercial principles to design highly rewarding, win-win partnership models.
- Languages:
Professional fluency in
English
and
French
is required for cross-border collaboration and local market engagement.
