We need a seasoned Agile leader to drive high-stakes Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions for the DoD using advanced Agile methodologies and innovative technical management.

The Role

• Coach and mentor cross-functional development teams to achieve peak performance using Agile Scrum principles and Lean-Agile mindsets.
• Navigate unusually complex technical problems, introducing leading-edge IT Project Management concepts to streamline DoD project delivery.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming to ensure mission success.
• Act as a primary bridge between technical squads and key stakeholders, translating complex ISR requirements into actionable sprint goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and removing blockers, ensuring the development of innovative solutions for the Intelligence community.

What You'll Need

• Active Top Secret security clearance (required from day one).
• Proven track record in Technical Program Management: 18\+ years (BS), 10\+ years (MS), or 22\+ years of relevant experience.
• Official Agile Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in Agile principles and the ability to apply them to complex Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
• Preferred: 2\+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), PMP certification, or ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge.
