Job Description

Responsibilities: Maintenance repair work: 1\. Repairs \& maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals \& manufacturer’s specifications machineries \& mechanical equipments, such as: motors, gearboxes, pneumatic parts, conveyor systems \& production machines \& equipments, using hand tools, power tools \& precision-measuring \& testing instruments. 2\. Dismantles devices to gain access to \& remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, fork lift \& power tools 3\. Examines form \& texture of parts to detect imperfections. 4\. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers \& other measuring instruments. 5\. Adjusts functional parts devices \& control instruments using hand tools, levels, plump bobs \& straight edges. 6\. Repairs or replaces defective parts using hand tools \& power tools. 7\. May set-up \& operate lathe drill press, grinder \& other metalworking tools to make \& repair parts.
