We’re recruiting a

General Superintendent

to provide senior field leadership across multiple

data center construction projects

for a leading U.S. general contractor.

This role oversees

site superintendents and field teams

, drives schedule execution, and ensures consistent standards for

safety, quality, and productivity

across complex, mission-critical builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support superintendents across multiple projects
• Oversee field operations, schedules, and site logistics
• Drive safety, quality, and consistency in execution
• Support MEP coordination, commissioning, and project turnovers
• Partner closely with project management and executive teams

What We’re Looking For

• 12\+ years of superintendent experience with a GC
• Prior data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership across large, complex projects or portfolios
• Willingness to travel nationwide
