You’ll partner closely with manufacturing leaders and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, performance, and offboarding. People Reporting \& Analytics

  • Analyze and report on people metrics (turnover, engagement, compensation, succession, etc.)
  • Provide insights from people data to support retention, development, and workforce planning
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards

Recruitment

  • Lead hourly and salaried recruitment in the absence of a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Partner with supervisors to manage interviews, screening, and hiring across multiple shifts
  • Support salaried recruitment using proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter

HR Systems \& Administration

  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems (ADP, Taleo, TalentClick, LinkedIn Learning, SharePoint)
  • Partner with Payroll and Compensation \& Benefits on system updates and processes

Learning \& Development

  • Administer LinkedIn Learning licenses, reporting, and configuration
  • Support coordination and delivery of learning and development programs

Compensation \& Talent Programs

  • Support annual compensation processes (merit increases, special adjustments, communications)
  • Assist with Talent Talks, succession planning, and skills matrix maintenance

Work Permits \& Immigration

  • Monitor and support work permit and visa processes
  • Coordinate timelines and updates with employees and leaders

Projects \& Initiatives

  • Support People \& Culture projects, policy updates, compliance initiatives, and process improvements
  • Assist with training, documentation, and continuous enhancement of HR practices

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field OR 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in HR reporting, analytics, and high-volume recruitment
  • Working knowledge of Washington State employment laws
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint); ADP and SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Demonstrated hands-on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset
