Role purpose

As

Civil Engineer (Infrastructure),

you will contribute to the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage and public realm works. You will support projects from concept through to construction, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance and coordinated multi-disciplinary integration.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and external stakeholders to deliver resilient, sustainable and buildable infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater drainage, utilities, earthworks and site development works.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, calculations and reports in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Support feasibility studies, site assessments and technical evaluations to inform infrastructure strategy and planning.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure integrated and compliant design solutions.
• Support tender documentation, contractor queries and technical clarifications during procurement stages.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction to ensure works align with approved designs and specifications.
• Assist in identifying risks and proposing practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.

What you bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant professional experience in infrastructure design and delivery.
• Proven experience in roads, drainage, utilities and site development projects.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, construction methodologies and regulatory requirements applicable to infrastructure works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
