Quality Assurance Manager

Job summary

Lead the Quality Assurance \& Management. Ensure quality standards are maintained and compliant with the regulatory and accredited program requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform annual quality internal and external audits
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and quality improvement programs
• Develop corrective and preventive plans to enhance quality performance
• Maintain document control center
• Ensure all requirements of regulatory guidelines and Accreditation Programs are implemented and maintained
• Monitor and report quality objectives (including any trend analysis)
• Act as Company Management Representative
• Conduct quality trainings
• Support suppliers/vendors’ qualification
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quality Management / Production Engineering / Manufacturing / or Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact/work with cross-function
• Strong problem-solving skills \& able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Candidate with less experience will be offered as Assistant Manager.
