Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to run reports (e.g. manifests, load discrepancy, hold list, warehouse report) and distribute it to various internal stakeholders
• Assist to do accurate data entry of paperwork and submit volume shipment reports into UPS systems for tracking
• Proactively follow up on incoming emails, inbound package resolution and check on discrepancies
• Resolve pending packages outside the office for address corrections or package exceptions resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma (or equivalent) in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant fields
• Possess 1 - 2 years of logistics data management or logistics/aviation industry experience
• Possess strong communication (at least English) and interpersonal skills
• Display proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Willing to work on shifts, especially night shift (11pm to 9am/10pm to 8am/9pm to 7am)
• Willing to work overtime or on public holidays when needed
