About Us
We are a growing architecture and construction firm delivering custom homes, major renovations and architecturally designed residential projects throughout Sydney.
Our integrated design and construction approach allows us to guide clients through every stage of the journey, from concept and design through to construction and completion.
With a number of exciting projects underway and a growing team, we are looking for a talented and driven Content \& Social Media Manager to help build our brand, showcase our projects and support the next stage of growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content \& Social Media Manager who is highly capable, motivated and driven by storytelling, quality content capture and strong creative judgement.
This is a hands-on role where content creation, content management and social media execution are core responsibilities.
You will work across both office and site environments, regularly documenting active projects, design meetings, construction progress, team culture and key business initiatives.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing content across all platforms while ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
You will also manage our offshore video editor and coordinate external photographers, videographers and content contributors when required.
This is not a desk-bound marketing role. You will spend time on active construction sites, attending project meetings, capturing content and helping tell the stories behind the homes we design and build.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation \& Coordination
- Capture high-quality photo and video content across active projects, the office and events
- Create content that showcases our design, construction and client journey
- Develop content ideas, scripts and talking points
- Coordinate project photography, videography and drone content
- Organise and manage content shoots
- Build and maintain a content library
- Capture and edit short-form content for social media platforms
- Confidently direct team members, clients and project stakeholders during content shoots
- Capture content across projects, events, partnerships and business initiatives
Content \& Social Media Management
- Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms
- Review and manage content produced by our offshore editor
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards and objectives
- Coordinate content scheduling and publishing
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels
Brand \& Growth
- Support brand awareness initiatives
- Assist with website and marketing content updates
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations
- Support recruitment, project marketing and company growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's online presence and reputation
About You
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, marketing or communications
- Experience capturing photo and video content
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Current driver's licence
Highly Regarded
- Experience within architecture, construction, property, interiors or design industries
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Experience coordinating photographers, videographers or creative teams
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
- Strong photography, videography and audio capture skills
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless cameras and related equipment
- Drone photography or videography experience
- Experience working with AI tools to improve content workflows and efficiency

You can identify opportunities for content everywhere and know how to turn projects, people and ideas into engaging content.
You are equally comfortable behind the camera, directing content shoots and working with senior team members to bring ideas to life.
You don't need constant direction and are capable of taking ownership of the entire content process from idea through to publication.
