Travelling Superintendent

Our client are looking for an experienced Travelling Superintendent to join their team specializing in commercial construction projects ranging from $1m-10m.

As a key member of their growing team, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of projects high- from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across all project activities.

Requirements

• Experience working on construction projects values between $1m-$10m
• Experience within retail and restaurant sectors
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Superintendent within commercial construction.

• Base Salary up to $125,000
