Business Analyst

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a sharp Business Analyst to join our Solitaire Town Tycoon game, the first papaya game to reach the Google Market!

It’s a skill-based competitive game that evolves Papaya’s core Solitaire engine by integrating a persistent IAP casual meta-layer. It introduces an innovative hybrid multi-currency economy designed to bridge the gap between real-money competition and casual progression.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business questions and be a data-oriented users behavior expert.
• Plan, create \& implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
• Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.
• Coordinate with designers and product teams to execute monthly events and promotions across all our game platforms.
• Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field.
• At least 4\+ years’ experience in B2C or 2\+ years in Gaming Industry analyzing large datasets centric role
• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets - must have.
• Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must have.
• Vast knowledge in A/B testing including statistical methods
• Work experience analyzing large datasets in an Analytics / Product / Monetization centric role- Advantage.
• Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) – Advantage.
