Role Overview
As Programme Manager, you will be the single point of contact between DeHaat and our strategic enterprise partners (Bayer, Rabobank, and other large clients). You will own the end-to-end programme — driving delivery, governance, and outcomes across product, technology, operations, supply chain, and finance teams. This is a high-ownership role where you'll translate partner expectations into structured execution plans and ensure DeHaat delivers on commitments at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary POC between DeHaat and partner stakeholders, owning the relationship cadence, escalations, and day-to-day communication.
- Lead programme planning and execution - defining milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple internal teams (product, engineering, ops, supply chain, sales, finance).
- Build consensus across DeHaat leadership and partner leadership on priorities, scope, and trade-offs to keep the programme on track.
- Drive weekly and monthly business reviews with the partner, including progress reports, risk mitigation plans, and outcome metrics.
- Translate partner requirements into structured asks for product, tech, and ops teams - and track delivery to closure.
- Define and track programme-level KPIs (revenue, GMV, adoption, SLA adherence, partner satisfaction) and surface insights to leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks early, drive resolution through cross-functional escalation, and unblock teams to maintain delivery velocity.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where processes are fluid and creative problem-solving is the norm.
- Represent DeHaat externally with professionalism - managing partner perception, expectations, and commercial conversations alongside the business team.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in programme management, consulting, business operations, or client-facing delivery roles (preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or agritech).
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable working with senior partner leadership and internal cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead external client conversations, run business reviews, and manage escalations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with first principles thinking.
- Strong analytical skills - able to gather and manipulate data, derive insights, and present them clearly. Must know SQL and Excel.
- Decent understanding of technical systems to be able to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Comfortable doing field visits, partner site visits, and on-ground discovery to validate ground realities.
Preferred but not necessary:
Experience working with large enterprise clients in B2B SaaS, prior exposure to agritech / supply chain / financial services, or experience managing P\&L-linked programmes
