Software Release Leader

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Software Release Leader to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead software releases complete sub-baseline and ECU for inhouse and supplier nodes
• Manage product configurations on software, meeting the unique requirements for a diverse product line.

Background / Experience

• Bachelors/master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• At least 5\+ years of experience in automotive technology especially in Embedded Software development
• At least 2\+ years of experience in SW release management or configuration management
• Strong skills in leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge about tools \& workflow management systems – eg. version control systems
• Very good understanding of Continuous Integration and software tool chains
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have; experience in KOLA, Protom, SW configurator, Serena, Bucket
• Nice to have; experience in Supplier collaboration
• Nice to have; experience with Agile processes (KANBAN, SCRUM), experience from agile product development using the SAFe framework
