Full-time Program Supervisor: Child Accounting, Educational Software Data, and Instructional Tools

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provides leadership, coordination, and supervision related to instructional technology, educational data systems, and Child Accounting processes within ECSES programs. Ensures high-quality services for students by supporting staff, maintaining effective data and technology systems, and collaborating with internal and external partners to promote accurate reporting, instructional effectiveness, and compliance while promoting best practices.

Knowledge \& Skill Requirements

Education Required: Master's Degree in Education; Active PA Supervisory or Principal Certification \& Active PA Instructional Technology Specialist Certification

Experience Required: At least five years of teaching experience in Special Education with proven expertise in integrating instructional technology, utilizing educational software platforms, and using student data systems

Other Qualifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and an IU13-approved Crisis Management methodology. Ability to work effectively with other professionals, direct staff, organize and communicate effectively by both verbal and written means. Ability to respond and problem-solve quickly.
