Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

applications and design engineer

to serve as a key technical liaison between customers and internal teams. In this role, you will translate complex aerospace requirements into

innovative, manufacturable, and cost-effective engineering solutions

You’ll play a critical part in bridging customer expectations with production capabilities while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Review customer drawings and specifications to assess manufacturability and feasibility
• Create detailed engineering drawings, models, and technical proposals
• Develop cost estimates and support new business opportunities
• Define and support test and qualification plans for aerospace components
• Act as a technical partner to the sales team, helping address customer requirements and resolve issues
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production challenges and optimize designs
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable aerospace standards and quality requirements

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• 4\+ years of experience in design, drafting, or manufacturing engineering
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD\&T)
• Knowledge of aerospace design and manufacturing standards
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
