Required qualifications:
2–5+ years of experience in product delivery, manufacturing, operations, quality, or a related hardware-focused environmentProven ability to manage complex, detail-heavy work with high accuracy and accountabilityExperience coordinating across cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience interfacing with internal stakeholders and/or customersExperience with inventory validation, documentation control, defect tracking, or similar delivery-related processesWillingness to travel occasionally for customer acceptance events and on-site inventory validation Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) or customer acceptance activitiesBackground in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other complex hardware manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems, inventory management tools, or quality tracking systemsExperience identifying and driving process improvements in manufacturing or delivery workflowsPrior experience acting as a quality gate or final checkpoint before product deliveryMilitary experience in maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, or production coordination rolesExposure to configuration management or build documentation processes
