Global Procurement Manager

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Global Procurement Operations Manager for a global logistics company located in Seattle. This role will lead the optimization and governance of the company’s global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as part of a major ERP-driven digital transformation. The role focuses on improving procurement operations by standardizing processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and dashboards, and ensuring efficient, compliant purchasing activities across the organization. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, IT, Accounts Payable, and Operations to align systems and processes with business goals. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related
• 7\+ years in P2P
• Extensive experience in P2P, ERP systems
