Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Partnership/Alliance Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships across AI, Data, Cloud, and enterprise business applications. You will define how we partner, where we invest, and how partnerships translate into revenue. You’ll work closely with Practice, Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to create joint value with our partners and take it to market.

What You’ll Do

Build \& Scale Partnerships

  • Own relationships with strategic technology partners across AI, Data, Cloud, and enterprise platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and grow high-impact partners aligned to our solution priorities
  • Establish Relanto as a trusted, high-value partner within the ecosystem

Drive Joint Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Co-create and execute joint GTM plans with partners and internal teams (Practice, Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales)
  • Translate partner capabilities into differentiated solution narratives and campaigns
  • Activate partnerships through field engagement, digital campaigns, events, and account-based strategies

Influence Revenue \& Pipeline

  • Build and manage joint pipeline and drive measurable ACV growth through partner channels
  • Enable sales teams with partner plays, messaging, and opportunities
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and create new revenue motions with partners

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between partners and internal stakeholders across practices, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Align partner strategy with practice priorities and solution roadmaps
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning with partner capabilities where needed

Operationalize the Ecosystem

  • Define and track partnership KPIs (pipeline, revenue, certifications, campaigns, etc.)
  • Build scorecards, reporting cadence, and governance models for alliances
  • Ensure CRM and partner data hygiene in collaboration with Sales Ops

Create Partner Experiences

  • Design and execute partner engagement programs including events, workshops, and executive connects
  • Build long-term relationship equity beyond transactional sales

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

  • 4\+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or enterprise solution sales within technology or consulting
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with cloud, data, AI, or enterprise application platforms

  • Highly proactive and resourceful – able to figure things out in ambiguous environments
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to deeply understand our solutions and partner offerings
  • Comfortable operating without rigid playbooks and building structure where needed
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action

  • Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple teams
  • Strong stakeholder management across internal leaders and external partners
  • Experience driving GTM programs, campaigns, and partner-led opportunities

Communication \& Presence

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with both technical and business audiences
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
