Senior Project Manager

Currently we are looking for Senior Project Manager to join one of our Delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects (or project portfolio with various teams). Ready to act as PM one project and as Team manager on another account. Be ready to scale to Program manager
• Start new projects, run discovery phases
• Ensure excellence of delivery (SDLC and Delivery indicators)
• Ensure teams following best practices on the project, ensure smooth processes, and executing process improvements
• Account management (building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
• Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and ensure delivery goals are reached
• Perform all resource management activities
• Resource planning and staffing
• Motivate and develop a project/account teams, manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc.

Requirements:

• 5\+ years proven experience in IT management
• 3\+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT service business
• Proven experience in project/account start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project/account from scratch
• Leadership approach, ownership mentality
• Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates on multiple projects
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban is must. Knowledge of Safe and LeSS would be a plus. PM, Scrum Master experience/certification would be a plus.
• Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Reediness for business trips abroad.
