Job Description
OVERVIEW
An established industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support continued growth across its operations.
The company serves a diverse set of highly specialized industries. Much of the work involves custom, engineered-to-order manufacturing, requiring a high level of technical problem solving, adaptability, and collaboration.
This role has been created to support:
- Increasing demand for electrical engineering across facilities and capital equipment
- Continued investment in new technology, automation, and modernization
- Ongoing production, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
The environment blends legacy equipment, modern automation, and highly specialized processes, creating a unique opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both hands-on troubleshooting and forward-thinking design.
WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE

- You’ll collaborate with teams solving problems that few manufacturers encounter at this scale and complexity
- You’ll contribute to products that support mission-critical applications across multiple industries
- You’ll operate in a culture that emphasizes long-term thinking, ownership, and shared success
