The

Senior Business Analyst Consultant

will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the development and enhancement of digital services within ASHC. This role focuses on

Agile delivery, business analysis, and digital transformation initiatives

across enterprise-level projects.

The consultant will play a critical role in

requirements gathering, user story development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement

, ensuring delivery of high-value business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery
• Lead stakeholder engagement and requirement workshops
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Prepare reports, documentation, and business analysis artifacts
• Drive digital service improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 10\+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in Agile / iterative environments
• Proven expertise in:

+ User story writing

+ Backlog management

+ Requirements elicitation

+ Stakeholder management

• Experience working in enterprise-level projects
• Degree or Diploma in:

+ Business Administration

+ Information Technology

+ Computer Science

+ Or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as:

+ CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

+ PMI-PBA

+ Prosci (Change Management)

• Experience in Government / Public Sector environments
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
