What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define project scope and schedule, focusing on timely delivery of value
• Organize and lead project status meetings and prepare progress reports
• Manage risks and issues while ensuring adherence to project plans
• Develop and update business process documentation for testing and training management
• Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for agile project management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and managing IT-related projects
• Proven leadership in at least 3 successful projects delivered on time and on budget
• Extensive experience in one or more programming languages, including Java and JavaScript
• At least 5 years of experience managing an Agile scrum team using Agile processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Client-facing communication experience
• Federal Agency issued security clearance
• A Master's Degree or project management certification
• Industry certifications/licenses in relevant fields
• Experience in health and human services domains such as Medicaid and child welfare systems
