Technical Product Owner - FinTech

We’re supporting a growing London based FinTech looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join its product and engineering team.

You’ll sit between business stakeholders and engineering, translating product requirements into clear technical deliverables, owning and prioritising the backlog, and helping teams deliver complex products across mobile and backend platforms.

This could be perfect for you if you enjoy getting into codebases, understanding how systems work and working closely with engineers - particularly if you started your career in software engineering before moving into product.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager
• A strong technical foundation, potentially including a software engineering or similar background
• FinTech, banking or payments experience
• Experience delivering mobile and backend platform products
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery and backlog management
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to draft specifications and tickets, summarise discussions and streamline documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is an office led position in Central London. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is unavailable.
