We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or industrial properties. This role involves managing facilities, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring optimal property performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in facilities management to create safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. Duties
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and asset histories.
- Manage facilities management activities such as schematics review, electrical troubleshooting, low voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with project teams on upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes; respond promptly to maintenance issues or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; prepare reports for management review. Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities or property management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), schematics reading, and industrial maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters, and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments or industrial facilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious work environment.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes.
