Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for Salesforce Lightning applications using
SLDS
.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using
Figma
or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Developers to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and consistency across Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in design reviews.
