Associate Clinical Research Manager (aCRM) - Infectious Disease/Vaccine

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Clinical Research Manager (aCRM) - Infectious Disease/Vaccine to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals \& Biotech space.

This role will support the coordination and oversight of clinical studies with a focus on infectious disease and vaccine programs. The position serves as a key link between Country Operations and the clinical trial team, helping ensure studies progress efficiently from feasibility through closeout. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, compliance oversight, and local study team coordination to keep programs on track and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,000 – $184,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned protocols, linking Country Operations and the clinical trial team.
• Proactively manage project timelines and performance for studies from feasibility to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations for assigned protocols.
• Review monitoring visit reports, escalate issues, and identify training needs as necessary.
• Lead local study teams, providing protocol training and coordination across roles.

Qualifications

• 4\+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Bachelor's degree in science or a comparable field.
• CRA experience preferred.
• Vaccine and infectious disease experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success in a related role.
