Our client is a growing fitness company that is looking for a FP\&A Analyst to join their growing team.

About the Role

The FP\&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis across the organization. This position is well suited for someone with a strong analytical foundation who is looking to transition into an operating company and gain broad exposure to strategic finance, executive leadership, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Finance and Accounting teams.
• Help drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze business performance.
• Develop financial models.
• Support strategic projects, including M\&A and other growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related analytical field.
• Experience performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, valuation, or financial modeling.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Financial statement analysis and business performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, and business teams.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments with significant exposure to senior stakeholders is highly valued.
