Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead major initiatives across our digital product ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a senior product leader who enjoys staying hands-on while driving strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes. This role owns a core product domain and works closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to deliver products that improve user experience and support company growth. The position requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for a core area of the business, such as onboarding, checkout, renewals, care flows, provider tools, or platform experiences.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that improve customer experience and drive key business metrics including conversion, CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and legal teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-focused product solutions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, with a strong focus on experimentation, iteration, and speed.
  • Develop clear product specifications, briefs, and success criteria that align teams around problems and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze product performance using both quantitative and qualitative insights, including analytics tools, user research, and customer feedback.
  • Mentor other product managers and contribute to product processes, culture, and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7 or more years of product management experience with a strong record of delivering impactful products at scale.
  • Experience in DTC, health tech, ecommerce, or subscription-based businesses preferred.
  • Strong user empathy and the ability to translate research and insights into product strategy.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, retention drivers, unit economics, and how product decisions influence business performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable components.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
