Job Description
A well-established consumer products manufacturer is looking to add an International Sourcing and Procurement Manager to their team. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone ready to take on more ownership of international supplier relationships and build toward a future sourcing leadership role. You'll work closely with Engineering and Quality to manage supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and support the company's global supply base.

What You'll Do
- Assess supplier capabilities across cost, capacity, quality systems, and technical ability
- Prepare and issue RFQs in coordination with Engineering and Quality teams
- Analyze supplier quotations, including cost structure, tooling, MOQs, freight, and risk factors
- Support commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and supplier agreements
- Help drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
- Maintain supplier communication and track performance metrics
- Monitor global commodity markets (aluminum, copper, steel) and FX trends as they relate to sourcing decisions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally with some international exposure
- Experience working with or interest in sourcing from overseas suppliers (China and/or Southeast Asia a plus)
- Familiarity with commodity markets or raw material cost drivers is a plus
- Comfortable operating in a small, lean team environment where you'll wear multiple hats
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally 20% of the time
