Job Description
He/she will sit with developers, understand the features we build, communicate with whoever that feature was built for, and make sure they understand how to use it. Get feedback from them and pass it to the devs. Improve the documentation, rinse and repeat. Open to all experience levels. Must be a quick learner (don't we all think we are? :)). A background in tech will be preferred.
Excellent/authoritative communication will probably be the #1 deciding factor. Devs and stakeholders should be afraid of you — when you call, they drop everything and rush to solve your problem :).
