Marketing Manager

Experience-led hospitality business

Central London

circa £45,000–£50,000 salary plus bonus and benefits

Working week: Typically 4 days across your venues with 1 day working from home each week.

We're partnering with an ambitious, experience-led hospitality business that is continuing to invest in its people, venues and customer experience, and is looking to appoint a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across two flagship London venues.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the autonomy to shape local marketing strategy while working within a strong central brand framework.

Working alongside senior stakeholders, venue leadership and specialist agency partners, you'll develop campaigns, partnerships, events, digital content and customer engagement initiatives that drive footfall, bookings, loyalty and commercial performance.

If you enjoy variety, love hospitality and want a role where you'll see the direct impact of your ideas, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans.

The role

You'll take full ownership of the marketing performance for two London venues, developing integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, revenue and repeat business.

From seasonal campaigns and venue programming through to social media, CRM, local partnerships and trader activations, you'll ensure every marketing initiative supports the wider commercial objectives while showcasing the unique personality of each venue.

Working closely with General Managers, Operations, Sales and the wider Marketing team, you'll translate business priorities into engaging campaigns that give guests another reason to visit, stay longer and return more often.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy and commercial performance for two London venues.
  • Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with General Managers to identify opportunities that drive revenue, footfall and guest engagement.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships and events.
  • Develop venue programming that supports key trading periods, seasonal moments and commercial priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with traders, creating collaborative campaigns, activations and launch plans.
  • Manage venue websites, ensuring content remains engaging, accurate and commercially effective.
  • Lead content planning and social media strategy across key channels.
  • Deliver CRM campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Develop local partnerships with businesses, hotels, community organisations and corporate partners.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers to maximise return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer insights and continually optimise activity.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team on digital initiatives, innovation and customer experience projects.

About you

You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

Equally comfortable planning strategy and delivering campaigns, you'll bring creativity, organisation and strong commercial thinking to everything you do.

We're interested in people who have:

  • Marketing experience within hospitality, leisure or another customer-focused environment.
  • A strong understanding of driving footfall, bookings, guest engagement and commercial performance.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across multiple marketing channels.
  • Experience managing social media, content calendars and external agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A data-led approach, using insight and reporting to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, culture and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Curiosity, creativity and the ability to spot new opportunities that drive business growth.

What success looks like

Success in this role won't simply be measured by delivering marketing campaigns; it will be measured by the commercial impact those campaigns have across your venues.

You'll have:

  • Delivered marketing campaigns that increase footfall, bookings and venue revenue.
  • Strengthened guest loyalty through CRM, database growth and repeat visits.
  • Increased engagement across social media and digital channels.
  • Built successful partnerships that generate new audiences and commercial opportunities.
  • Delivered memorable programming, trader activations and seasonal campaigns that enhance the guest experience.
  • Managed marketing budgets effectively while achieving strong return on investment.
  • Developed collaborative relationships across venue teams, traders and agency partners.
  • Used customer insight and performance data to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Established your venues as vibrant destinations that guests return to time and again.

Why apply?

This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of marketing for two of London's most exciting hospitality destinations.

You'll have the freedom to shape local marketing strategy, influence venue programming, build meaningful partnerships and deliver campaigns that make a measurable commercial difference.

Working alongside passionate hospitality professionals, independent operators and a supportive leadership team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences while helping an ambitious business continue to grow.

If you're a commercially focused marketer who enjoys bringing venues to life and wants to see the impact of your work every day, we'd love to hear from you.
