Responsibiliti**

  • esPartner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and operational leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs across assigned functions and region
  • s.Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring proces
  • s.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through strategic sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagemen
  • t.Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, business priorities, team dynamics, and candidate success profile
  • s.Leverage market intelligence, labor trends, and competitive insights to advise hiring managers on talent availability, recruitment strategies, and hiring expectation
  • s.Conduct regular market visits to stores, recruitment events, and local talent markets to develop a deep understanding of workforce trends, candidate availability, competitive hiring practices, and regional talent challenge
  • s.Perform ongoing competitive and labor market analysis, including benchmarking talent, recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and workforce trends to inform hiring decisions and talent acquisition strategie
  • s.Develop strong knowledge of local market dynamics, competitor activity, and talent landscapes to proactively identify recruitment opportunities and workforce risks within assigned region
  • s.Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, educational institutions, community partnerships, and professional organization
  • s.Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, identify talent gaps, and support hiring plans that align with operational and business objective
  • s.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and transparency throughout the recruitment proces
  • s.Manage recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer administration, and maintenance of accurate applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS
  • ).Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor hiring activity, evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend process improvement

Experience and Qualificati**

$75,000 - $100,000 \+ discretionary annual
