As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Business Analyst Consultant

who translates the client’s business objectives into technical execution for our technology team. You will join the engagement at the beginning of the project discovery stage and stay embedded through the project lifecycle, ensuring that what we propose and build is exactly what the client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Discovery \& Qualification:

Support the Sales/GTM team during initial discovery calls. You will ask the right questions to uncover the client's true challenges and help qualify if the opportunity is a strategic fit.

Requirement Architecture:

Facilitate workshops with clients and our team to elicit requirements. You will translate high-level objectives/ feature requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRD), and User Stories.

The Technical Bridge:

Work closely with Developers and Architects to ensure technical designs align with business goals. You must be able to explain "The Why" to engineers and "The How" to clients.

Visual Storytelling:

Create process maps, wireframes, and data flow diagrams using tools to help clients visualize the solution before a single line of code is written.

Backlog Management:

Own the product backlog in the PM tool. Prioritize features based on ROI and business value, ensuring the dev team is always working on the most impactful tasks.

The AI Edge:

Assist in identifying areas where AI/Automation can be integrated into the client’s solution to provide a competitive advantage.

UAT \& Quality Gatekeeping:

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client, ensuring the final delivery meets the agreed-upon objectives.

Required Expertise:

Experience:

3 years as a BA in an

IT Services environment

. Experience with international clients (US/UK/EU/MEA) is highly preferred.

Communication:

Elite verbal and written communication. You must be comfortable presenting to senior business and tech stakeholders and managing expectations.

Analytical Mindset:

You don't just record requirements; you challenge them to find the most efficient path to value.
