Insight Global's client is seeking to hire a full time Recruiter to support high volume and specialized manufacturing hiring needs. You will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and attract, assess, and hire skilled production, engineering, maintenance, and operations talent. Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience filling manufacturing/industrial positions (staffing or corporate experience)
• Team player mentality

Plusses:

• Bachelors Degree
• High volume recruitment experience (able to manage 20-30 job requisitions at once)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and skill requirements.
• Source and screen candidates across skilled trades, hourly production, and salaried manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and support offer negotiations.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress to ensure timeline and quality targets are met.
• Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience aligned with plant culture and business goals.
