Business Analyst - Data & Insights

We’re hiring a Business/Data Analyst for the Nashville office of a prestigious national law firm.

(ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES TO NASHVILLE WILL BE CONSIDERED)

This is a

highly visible, business-facing role

where you’ll own reporting and dashboards — partnering directly with firm leadership to surface trends, identify opportunities, and drive smarter decisions.

This is NOT a heavily technical role -

We’re looking for someone who can take complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal background:

• \~3\+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or similar
• Strong experience with dashboards and business-facing analysis
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting insights

Nice to have:

Experience in professional services (law firm, consulting, accounting, banking, insurance)

Requirements:

• MUST be based in Nashville, TN
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
