Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s overall financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, cost control, and financial performance to support business decision-making.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory data for raw materials and kitchen supplies to ensure alignment between operational usage and financial records.
- Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to financial reporting and controls.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g. Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Comfortable working independently and handling both execution and review tasks.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work across multiple deadlines.
