Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff \& Head Of PMO to join the team of a leader in the Finance \& Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $230,000 – $350,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff for the company’s P\&T leadership, managing meeting rhythms and executive materials
- Establish and run the P\&T PMO, providing visibility into major initiative statuses
- Lead cross-functional management of H2 2026 hiring and team-building initiatives
- Identify and resolve organizational blockers, acting as a facilitator of decisions
- Manage P\&T planning cycles including headcount, OKR tracking, and budget coordination
- Partner with CEO, CTO, and CPO on strategic projects and board preparation
Qualifications
- 10\+ years experience in strategy, operations, program management, or chief of staff roles in a tech company
- Experience in fintech or payments is strongly preferred
- Outstanding organizational skills with a focus on maintaining operational flow
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build trust and influence across teams with high emotional intelligence
- Fluency in program/project management tools like Jira or Linear, with lightweight PMO structuring expertise
- Comfortable working across global time zones, based in New York with travel availability
