for an experienced

Internal Audit Manager

to establish and lead the internal audit function at a group level.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and build the

Internal Audit function

from the ground up, including frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with best practices.

• Develop and implement a

risk-based audit plan

covering financial, operational, and compliance audits across the group.

• Conduct comprehensive audits (financial, operational, and process audits) to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business units to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Prepare and present audit reports and insights to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in

internal audit across financial, operational, and compliance areas

.

• Proven track record in

establishing or enhancing internal audit functions

.

• Solid understanding of

risk management, governance, and internal control frameworks

.

• Experience within a

group-level or multi-entity environment

is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as

CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

are an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
